Description:
Our firm was established so investors could avoid doing things they did not want to do, allowing them to do what they do best - make money in real estate. Investor Memphis was launched because of the relationship our sister company, Cash Solutions, Inc. had with many clients who invested in real estate.
Ultimately, our goal is to offer high equity properties, while at the same time offering positive cash flow. We offer turnkey services - from planning and development of a property needing some TLC, through remodeling, marketing, and maintenence of investors' properties.
